How Long Does This Service Take?
Estimated times for the completion of each order as follows:

Who Will Complete the Work?
I will do the majority of the work, but I may outsource some tasks to third party specialists at no extra cost to you.

Copyright over the material is yours (subject to the terms of your PLR license) as soon as the completed work is transferred to you.
Can I Request Changes?
You may request reasonable revisions as and when the work is progressing; I will aim to ask you in advance whether a proposed direction works for you.
Will you Reshoot the Videos?
No, the offer is limited to rebranding and personalizing both the course materials and supporting marketing tools, and creating appropriate website infrastructure. All MP4 and MP3 files will remain as-is. You are welcome to include your own reshot videos with the course contents.
Do I Need Hosting and a Website?
If you invest in either the Silver or Gold packages, you will need an unused domain with a fresh installation of WordPress. This must have no existing content. You can purchase a domain here. The web pages will be built through my own facilities and then transferred to you. Further guidance will be given during set up.
Can I Edit the Web Pages?
If you wish to edit the design of the web pages after completion, you will need a valid OptimizePress license for at least one site.
Can I Get a Refund if I Change My Mind?
Due to the nature of the work, all sales are final, and no refunds will be offered. This is a hands-on, limited-capacity service. If you’re price-sensitive, undecided, or just "exploring options", this will not be a good fit for you.
How Does the Private Launch Support Work?
You can ask me questions through my support desk at any time for help the details of your launch, including adding your offer to a marketplace and how to reach affiliates. Please reach out if you get stuck at any point.

Nature of the Service
Premium Reseller Packages are professional services involving custom work, consultation, design, copy, and implementation support.
They are not off-the-shelf digital products.
Delivery depends on collaboration, information provided by the buyer, and reasonable access to required materials.
No Guaranteed Results
No earnings, conversions, sales volume, or business outcomes are guaranteed.
These packages provide structure, assets, guidance, and implementation only. Results depend entirely on the buyer’s effort, decisions, traffic sources, execution, and market conditions.
Any income examples shown elsewhere are illustrative only.
Scope of Work
Each package includes only the items explicitly listed on the sales page at the time of purchase.
Anything not specifically listed — including additional revisions, extra pages, additional funnels, extra products, expanded consulting, or ongoing support — is outside the agreed scope and may require an additional fee.
Buyer Responsibilities
To complete the work, the buyer must provide required assets and information in a timely manner, including (but not limited to):
• Brand preferences (where applicable)
• Logos or brand files (if available)
• Required approvals
• Timely feedback and confirmations
Delays caused by missing information or unresponsiveness may extend delivery timelines.
Infrastructure Requirements (Silver & Gold Packages)
Silver and Gold packages require:
• A new or unused domain
• A clean WordPress installation with no existing site content, themes, or plugins
• An OptimizePress license (optional, required for self-editing only)
The buyer is responsible for purchasing domain and hosting services.
Full setup guidance may be provided, but site ownership, hosting access, and ongoing maintenance remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Custom work is completed in order of purchase and availability. Timeframes may vary depending on workload, responsiveness, and project complexity.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included where explicitly stated.
Revisions are limited to alignment with the agreed scope and original direction.
Requests that materially change direction, add new assets, or expand scope are not included.
Refund Policy
